4.2 Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. mikey888 is not liable for any delay in crediting arising from issues outside our control, including but not limited to banking system outages, payment processor delays, or incorrect payment references.

5.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit by the same Member, or to a verified bank account held in the Member's registered name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

5.6 In the event of suspected fraud, collusion, or violation of these Terms, mikey888 reserves the right to freeze and investigate account balances before processing any withdrawal request.
6.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by mikey888 are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, in addition to these general Terms.
6.2 Unless stated otherwise in individual promotion terms, standard wagering requirements apply to all Bonus Funds. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn.

9.2 Members may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting mikey888 customer support. Requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Member's verified payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
9.3 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Member will be notified by email. Funds will be held securely during the investigation period and released to the Member if the investigation concludes in their favour.
